Ronhattan

A classic Manhattan cocktail is made from whiskey, sweet vermouth, and bitters, stirred and then strained into a martini glass cocktail glass, and garnished with a maraschino cherry. In this Ronhattan (ron is the Spanish name for rum), mellow, barrel aged Bodegas Papiamento Rum substitutes for the whiskey. You may prefer to serve the cocktail on the rocks in a lowball glass.

  • Maraschino cherry, for garnish
