In this lighter island-style take on the classic Martini, the juice of Mediterranean pomegranates and tropical passion fruit syrup lend their refreshing tartness. Dark cherry-flavored Maraschino liqueur from Italy and cooling fresh spearmint combine with Aruba Vodka to make a well-balanced drink with a rosy pink color.

Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously to combine. Strain through a fine sieve and serve in a coupe or Martini glass. Skewer a Maraschino cherry and a mint leaf on a toothpick and place in the glass.
