Ban Baila!

This playful contemporary club cocktail combines Aruba Vodka with elderflower liqueur such as St. Germain and two citruszest- based liqueurs, Mandarin Napoleon and Cointreau. More citrus in the form of lemon juice and thinly-sliced grapefruit enhances the drink’s tangy taste and invites you to get up and dance!

Ingredients

  • 50 ml Papiamento Aruba Vodka [1 ounces plus 1 teaspoon]

  • 20 ml elderflower liqueur [½ ounce plus 1 teaspoon]

  • 10 ml Mandarin Napoleon Liqueur [2 tsp]

  • 10 ml lemon juice [2 teaspoons]

  • 10 ml grapefruit juice

  • 5 ml Cointreau [1 teaspoon]

Garnish

  • Thin slice of grapefruit or dried grapefruit, for garnish

Preparation
SERVING FOR 1

Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously to combine. Strain and serve in a Double Old Fashioned glass over fresh ice. Garnish with the slice of grapefruit.
