Old Papiamento
Our version of the classic Old Fashioned with a Caribbean spin. The sweetness of Papiamento Rum enhance this mythical drink
Ingredients
Papiamento Rum Reserva (2 oz)
Turmery Syrup (1/2 oz)
Chocolate Bitter (2 drops)
Angustura Bitter (2 drops)
Garnish
Chocolat bombom (1 unit)
Utensils
Jigger
Spoon bar
Mixed Glass
Gripper

Preparation
SERVING FOR 1
Rock Glass 12 oz
In a rock glass add ice, take the mixing glass, add large ice cubes, add 2 oz Papiamento Rum, 1⁄2 oz turmery syrup, 2 drops bitter chocolate, 2 drops angustura bitter, take the bar spoon and mix for 10 seconds . take the Rock glass discard the ice, add a large ice cube, serve and seal. decorate with a chocolate bombom.
Seal: The seal should be clean, then place it on the ice cube for 8-10 seconds. (without applying much pressure)
